1. Payment gateway is an optional service for selected merchants only. 2. By enabling this service on EatLala, the seller agreed EatLala Technology Enterprise to collect the payment on behalf and the deduction of the platform / services 3% of transaction fee. 3. The settlement cut-off time will be by weekly basis for transaction from Monday to Sunday. EatLala will deposit the weekly settlement sum into merchant designated bank account by following Thursday and Friday. 4. The payout will be reimbursed via direct debit bank transfer into merchant's dedicated bank account. The floating period of such transfer is 1-3 working days, subject to the bank account used by the merchant. 5. The transaction will be settled in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and the place of settlement will be in Malaysia. It is recommended that the merchant should have its own account in the banks in Malaysia. 6. If there is Public Holiday or / and Non-Business Day, payment will be credited to the merchant’s account on the next business day.
